Smoked Salmon with a beetroot and vodka crème fraiche served with bread and butter

Sweet potato and butternut squash soup served with lemon garlic toast

Goose rillettes served with toasted Sussex sourdough bread and spicy plum chutney

Mains

Traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings

Pan fried venison steak served with crushed new potatoes and leeks, topped with a wild mushroom, spinach, tomato and chorizo sauce (GF)

Halibut served on a bed of mild horseradish mash with roasted cherry tomatoes, mixed olives and smoked sausage

Edamame, butterbean, mushroom and spinach with a tarragon white sauce in suet pastry served with new potatoes and baby carrots (Vegan)
